One of the best activity in Bali Puppy yoga Bali
Across all platforms,900+ people gave us 5★ reviews
That’s a lot of love.

But exactly, what is Puppy Yoga Bali?
Yoga. But with rescue puppies.
Yes, it’s real.
And yes : they will interrupt your downward dog 🐾
40 min of flow, 20 min of chaos and cuddles.
Happy hormones: activated.
You stretch. They heal.
You zen out. They find a family.
They all come from a local rescue shelter,
and part of your ticket goes straight back to it. ♡
Over $20,000 donation raised. 70 rescue dogs adopted.
That’s what we call feel-good yoga.

A unique experience, for the puppies, for you & your soul.
Zen Meets Zoomies
Yes, there’s actual yoga involved. Our certified teachers guide you through a proper session of 45 minutes with breathwork, mindful movement, and probably a puppy sitting on your leg mid-downward dog.
It’s gentle, beginner-friendly, and surrounded by tropical calm… well, except for the part where someone licks your face.
Spoiler alert: the puppies do not respect your personal space 🐾
Therapy, but Cuter
Our little furry assistants are more than just cute: they literally rewire your brain.
Playing with them releases oxytocin and serotonin : the famous happy hormones. Known to reduce cortisol, lower blood pressure and boost your mood.
Basically, it’s therapy. But fluffier.
A unique experience for you, but more importantly for them
Each session is a little miracle for them. It helps these rescue puppies rebuild trust, discover the world, and connect with humans : a vital step to grow confident and happy.
The cherry on top?
Over 70 dogs found loving homes in one year thanks to Puppy Yoga Bali 🥹
And yep, part of your ticket goes straight to their rescue association: $20,000 donated so far.
It’s downward dog, but for a good cause.
A unique experience
Our courses are renowned for binging you calm and serenity, and a little bonus : the presence of our little ones releases two hormones : oxytocin and endorphin.
The only problem : you’ll never want to leave :)

Where Do the Puppies in Puppy Yoga Bali Come From?At Puppy Yoga Bali, all the puppies come from an incredible rescue center: Aseman Bali Dog Association. Every puppy has been rescued in Bali, either from the streets or from abusive owners. Our sessions help them rebuild trust, socialize, and most importantly find a forever family. In just one year, we’ve helped 70 adoptions and raised over $20,000 in donations, sent directly to the shelter. All thanks to the sessions and our amazing community of animal lovers 🐶

What Happens to the Puppies After Puppy Yoga Bali Sessions? As mentioned, Puppy Yoga Bali does not own the dogs. They all have been saved by Aseman Bali Dog Association, a rescue organization that takes care of them for all their life after having been rescued and until they find their forever family. So of course, even when they grow up. They currently home to 50 puppies and 300 adult dogs (last update: July 2025). During their few hours at Puppy Yoga Bali, puppies learn to trust humans, discover new environments, and drastically increase their chances to be adopted. → This collaboration increased their adoption rate by +4200%. → Your ticket also supports direct donations: over $20,000 raised so far.

Is Puppy Yoga Bali Ethical?Yes, and not just ethical, it directly funds food, meds, and shelter for rescued puppies. Unlike many other puppy yoga concepts around the world, Puppy Yoga Bali partners exclusively with a local non-profit rescue: Aseman Bali Dog Association. The puppies are not bred for profit, they’re all rescued from the streets or neglectful owners. The sessions are designed to rebuild trust, help socialization, and drastically increase chances of adoption. In one year: – +4200% adoption rate increase – 70 dogs adopted – $20,000+ donations raised and sent directly to the shelter They only join sessions for a few hours and always have access to water, breaks, and gentle care. Every session helps rescue, care for, and rehome Bali’s abandoned puppies.

How does Puppy Yoga Bali increase rescue dog adoptions in Bali?Puppy Yoga Bali collaborates exclusively with Aseman Bali Dog Association, a non-profit rescue shelter that currently protects over 350 dogs. None of the puppies used in the sessions are bred or sold, they are all rescued from the streets or unsafe situations. During each session, participants interact with 8 to 12 of these rescued puppies in a safe, positive environment. This helps the puppies gain social confidence and rebuild trust in humans two essential steps for increasing their adoptability. Because of the visibility offered by the yoga sessions, many participants decide to adopt. In just one year, Puppy Yoga Bali helped increase Aseman’s adoption rate from 2 dogs per year to over 70, a 3400% growth. This innovative model also raises awareness and funds: more than $20,000 in direct donations have been sent to the shelter through session revenues. These funds are used for food, vaccinations, sterilizations, and long-term care for dogs who are not yet adopted.
